Day Seven

Today I felt like I started pretty strong. We stopped for lunch at 25 miles which was really nice. During lunch I had a lovely suprise, my grandma surprised us and followed us the whole day. We road on highway 60 the whole day, with a big cross and head wind which was definitely a little exhausting. After lunch I was definetly tired but we continued on at a slower pace. The last ten miles of the ride was down hill so it gave us all a nice break. Today we started to feel some aches and pains our butts and necks are a little soar but tomorrow is a rest day so we should feel a lot better the next day.
